Nostr Onchain

Nostr Onchain Client

The flagship web client — a dual-purpose signer for Bitcoin on-chain transactions and Nostr events. Derive taproot addresses from any set of npubs, build social multisig wallets from your follow list, and link on-chain payments to Nostr notes with OP_RETURN proofs.

Features

Dual signerNIP-07 for Nostr events plus taproot key-path and script-path spending for Bitcoin.
Social multisigm-of-n taproot wallets built from npubs (BIP-342 Tapscript). Participants don't need to opt in — their npub IS a valid taproot key.
Key groups from followsPull co-signers straight from your following list or custom groups.
OP_RETURN notesEmbed a Nostr event ID in a Bitcoin transaction — a cryptographic link between payment and message, always under 80 bytes.
Atomic send + noteSign a note and its linked transaction in one action, with verifiable on-chain proof.
Block explorerBrowse OP_RETURN-linked notes on-chain.
Watch any npubLog in with just an npub to watch its addresses, balances, and receive QRs — no keys needed. (Formerly NostronChain.)
LeaderboardNostr identities ranked by on-chain balance.

How to use

  1. Open client.nostronchain.com.
  2. Log in with your Nostr key (NIP-07 extension recommended).
  3. Derive a taproot address from your npub — or build a multisig from friends' npubs.
  4. Send, attach an OP_RETURN note if you want the payment linked to a message, and sign — with your extension or on the Pocket Signer.

FAQ

How is this different from nostrtx?

nostrtx is the lean transaction builder — PSBTs, fees, coin control. The client is the full experience: social multisig, OP_RETURN notes, and the on-chain note explorer. They share the same key model and work together.

Do my co-signers need to install anything?

Not to receive into a multisig — any npub is a valid taproot key. To spend, each signer signs the shared PSBT with their own key.
